My netword has been down since afternoon can someone tell me when it will be fixed. I really need my phone 24/7 as i am working with NHS i receive emergency calls at anytime.

We are aware of isolated instances across the UK where some O2 customers are currently experiencing intermittent service. We are investigating the situation and will update as soon as possible.

They won't give you a timeframe, it will be up & running as soon as they can fix it

This was par for the course when I was working for the NHS and part of the Major Disaster Team
