My netword has been down since afternoon can someone tell me when it will be fixed. I really need my phone 24/7 as i am working with NHS i receive emergency calls at anytime.

We are aware of isolated instances across the UK where some O2 customers are currently experiencing intermittent service. We are investigating the situation and will update as soon as possible.

You need to give your employer an alternative number to contact you on.
