Anybody else had an upgrade no show thanks to poor service and comms between UKMail and o2?

I can remember years ago, a telesales advisor promising me a better deal than my local shop would be able to offer. And we're often led to believe that the best deals are only available online.

But I've always preferred to visit my local shop, just to get a close-up look at what I'm buying, before making my mind up.
