Solved: microsoft lumia 640 xl

I have a microsoft lumia 640 xl, it say on the screen 3g and 4 bars of signal and it won't make calls, very frustrating. Also I am about a mile away from 2 ariels, any suggestions please.

thanks for the help I've tried all of the above and bill is paid. sorry didn't answer sooner internet down, just got it back. so phone has now been returned.

Have you got credit or paid your bill?

Have you tried turning off/on?

Check if anyone else is having problems on o2 too.
