Hi and welcome to the community.

Sorry to hear you wish to change networks. We strongly recommend you obtain a free payg for your chosen new network and try it to make sure you get a good signal in the places you intend to use it.

If you after that you still want to change then please call Customer Services on 4445 and request a pac code. Give this to your new provider and the number will change over on the date given to you by your new provider.
