I have had nothing but lies, accusations and false promises from this company

I would like to hear from anyone (other than the people who have already replied to my other posts)

To hear from anyone who has something good to say about this company?

It can`t all be bad surely

Hi again Jeff.
As this issue is now in legal proceedings, it is unwise to add more to this thread.
The advice that has already been given is the most the members here can add, the community manager @Toby has, I believe, been in contact via the pm function so that route is also an option.
I hope you get a good resolution out of this issue in the end but I don't think there's much more the community can assist with, without jeopardising any legal case you are opening.
Again, I wish you the best in this issue and hope it is not dragged on much longer for you.

ok am not sure the ins and outs of this but five other people replied to an earlier post

when I clicked on to see what they said you and someone else instantly popped up

and I am just trying to find out if any other customers had been through the same hassle as me

and how they finally managed to sort it out

that`s all
