i have benn lied by o2 staff in 2 weeks for more than 20 times as in one after another
poor customer service
staff is into blame game n lyin for anythin to have a sale
link crashes on website
overcharged twice by making peopl fool bcz of the trust
staff abusin each other on their backs
system is corrupted n u dont have ur own info in their system as they l trat u fine till the moment u pay its an actual extortion of money n then you are trapped cz of direct debit n
mannerless managers
