why the free mins has changed date??

From 30 nov too 23 nov??

im billed on the 23/11.

Have you tried calling CS to discuss why the dates changed? 

We are customers here with no access to your account.

If you top up at different dates each month your anniversary date will change to the day you top up.

Hi there @Anonymous 

 

Unfortunately  your post is not clear if you are pay and go or pay monthly,but because you already got information about pay and go,I'm gonna go with pay monthly, to cover all options.

 

A change of the billing date that you haven't requested ,by changing your DD date,will more than likely be an upgrade or a tariff transfer that was put trough straight away. Have you done any of those?
