Couldn't you work it out from the amount taken (whether its 4 or 8 tickets) You say £440 ...so how much are the tickets each?

But you have only made ONE booking, just for 8 tickets....
However, I think you are only allowed 4 tickets per booking.

No 4 per time as didnt get a booking reference the first time
Then got one the second time
