I have been trying to have a live chat with an O2 agent for 2 months now but they have been constantly busy over this period. The phone is no better as I am advised there is a 30 minute wait. There must be something seriously wrong for the customer service people to be soo busy that it is impossible to contact them.

I think you can get a PAC from live chat if you are on contract but not on payg

Was on news and in press last week Capita (O2s support!! or lack of) are laying off around 350 people so that may explain delays
