Poor service

Shocking signal, I've had next to nothing over past 3 months. Don't recommend o2 anymore. Had a fantastic signal nearly everywhere now I get no signal everywhere. Gradually got worse.

Worst phone company in history. No signal since I signed the contract. No help. No escape without a cancellation fee. No way to contact them by phone or live chat. Scoundrels. Any suggestions welcome.
