It was 02 that said I would need to cancel my old contract but they could transfer my number.

Live chat also down. When I did speak to someone on live chat they said I have to ring except I can't get through. Looks like moving networks is the only way. They claim to be one of the biggest mobile networks yet can't employ enough staff.
