Where are my emails?

I have received no emails since Friday 13/05/16.  

 

Any idea what's going on and when the service is returning?

Tom, I would also suggest you set up an alternative Gmail account immediately to keep in contact.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi Cleoriff. Thanks for a response. Its taken me so long to get back because I'd just started a new job which made it further complicated for me. I'm currently in training.

 

Regarding you suggesting me contacting CS, I did tell customer services before I left my initial post on the forum.

 

As you can tell I'm disgusted.

 

I contacted ofcom but they said emails arnt regulated and so they cant do anything but Ive written to the

Radio 4 consumer program, 'You and Yours' and am waiting to hear.

 

Also, Ive just  joined Which to research a new mobile phone contract. I also plan to tell them my story.

 

Did you let Toby know, only he hasnt responded - I fear he's been cut-off.

Mate, it's gone, forever.
Set up a new email and move on.
There is nothing anyone, including Toby, can do for you.

No I tagged @Toby into the thread. ....but I doubt he would have been able to help retrieve anything for you.

As said above you should set up a new email account and let all your contacts know...
