I have noticed in the last few months the signal in Newark Nottingham is terrible, lucky sometimes to get at least 4 bars, indoors forget it, the calls will just drop, I have a spare phone for emergency's which is on 3 no issues,

To be honest in 2016 soon to be 2017 to have these signal issues is not right, the phone is new it's  G5 ,

So what is going on, it appears now you cannot provide a decent phone service, so I would like some answers I am a business customer,

It might also be worth checking to see if there is a problem with a mast - try this link http://status.o2.co.uk/
If it says everything should be fine then there is an option to report an issue.
There is also an app called My Network which does a similar thing - just search in the play store or check this link - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=uk.co.o2.android.mynetwork&hl=en_GB

@Revelations if you want answers from o2 you need to start here http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

We are only customers on here I'm afraid.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
