After several threads on the community I thought I would pose this question
My understanding is all communication providers must publish all tariff details and call costs. GC10 ofcom. Print / website.
But it looks like several people (including me) are having problems accesing accurate information on the phone or online.
Yes we have the standard 01 02 03 etc and special numbers and the international pages but why not just have 1 page that lists all call costs i.e. a pdf for download. (may need 3 for Payg., Pay monthly and Business) (bt and plusnet do for example)
At present I have highlighted, that there is no where on the o2 website to find outgoing international calls for business customers and in a thread today consumers / payg / business cannot find out calls to satelite phones (i.e. Cruise ships)
Any more examples you have found add below so hopefully we can complie a list for o2 to assist them in generating the relavant info to comply with GC10
