Website bugs or errors

Anonymous

Hi guys,

Some of you have mentioned seeing bugs or errors on specific website pages. As it can sometimes be hard to reproduce bugs, I wanted to set up a dedicated thread to help collect and track any issues you might find. We've set up a weekly meeting with the webdev team to go through any pages which are reported here, so that should get things sorted rather quickly.

In case you do spot something, please let us know here and we'll keep you up to date with what's going on. To find or reproduce the bug/error, it would be helful if you could provide the following information:

Link to page:

Steps to take to reproduce bug:

What the page currently does/say:

What the page should do/say:

Thanks for letting us know and we'll try to get it fixed as soon as possible!

Cheers,
Leonard

Where is the link to its pricing

Should be clear on ITS costs

http://www.o2.co.uk/business/products-and-services/business-international/going-abroad-on-business

Again where is its pricing only lists standard rates.

Should be clear on ITS costs

ITS is still mentioned in the current Business T&C so highlights the need for it on the pages above. http://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/mobile/business-inclusive-minute-tariff-terms#section9

Still not resolved after 1 year this is a joke for a communication provider

Similar issue with poster/user - dansmummy.(on the previous page)

I am having trouble viewing my bill in itemized format online, once I click on any of the What I've used tabs I get redirected to the landing www.o2.co.uk/broadband page.  Tried on three seperate browsers (Chrome, Opera, Chromium)- O/s- Windows 7, similar result. Someone please help.

It doesn't seem to be a general issue as I can access 'what I've used' on both Chrome and Firefox. Possibly call 202 and ask them to check for any issues.

Thanks for the replies jonsie & Toby.

I followed through and just contacted customer services. I was told apparently, it's because of the Heartbleed bug, given the security patch update implemented, some users such as myself are having issues with certain parts of the site, and should be probably fixed soon (no eta).

I fill in all details and it says:

Enter data in all 3 boxes.

My surname is Li, a two letter word. When I tried to fill in a 3 letter word, it gives me:

Security text wrong, please try again.

I believe there's a bug in the surname cell which limits that cell to 3 or more characters. My surname is not recognized.
