Well any issues I've had have been resolved either by Uk Customer Services or Live Chat apart from one incident.

So in all I'm pretty satisfied. 😄

O2 is rated the best at 78 percent satisfaction thanks to easy resolution, good advice and the effective logging complaints,

For me CS has been somewhat hit and miss.

When it is good it is VERY GOOD with some agents assisting really well. I think it depends on how deep a level of support you need.

Sadly that is not 100% of the time though as I have encountered useless agents who couldn't help a tart in a brothel.
