Username data

This is probably something to do with Settings but I looked and nothing jumps out at me.

When I click on a username all I see is a page with the avatar and the username and I should be able to look at posts that person has made and other info. eg Kudos, Tags etc.

Can anybody suggest what I need to change ?

This is working correctly for me. Can you provide some examples of users it isn't working with please? I can't work out which setting you have that's preventing this if it is a setting. Maybe some screenshots too if that's possible?

I'll have a chat with the appropriate people about this if it's still a problem when I'm next online!

Hi MichaelL,

All users including me !!

When I click on the user I see this with no data for that user showing :

It's nothing to do with running in Incognito mode as that was the first setting I checked.

The other odd experience is that immediately after logging on, the screen dims down and locks up i.e. the keyboard is unresponsive. I need to click the "Reload this page" icon to bring it back to life.

This happens on no other website.
