Useless web chat

Anonymous
Not applicable

Just been on a web chat with Bhonde - just needed a PUK code as I'm leaving o2 for BT as BT have competetive iphone 7 contracts.

After being told Bhonde could help me today and after answering several security questions I was then transferred to another chat queue (seriously it was just a PUK code I needed not a lesson in quantum physics) , a queue with no one answering .....

Now two good reasons to leave - price AND service.

Well I'm not surprised he couldn't help you in fairness. You need a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) not a PUK (Pin Unlock Key) to leave the network. They should be able to help of you are contract but payandgo customers need to call 4445.

It's actually a PAC that you need so maybe you confused them?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
