So i am waiting for my new Iphone to arrive when i get a text from UK Mail saying that my delivery will be between 00:31-02:32. Can this be right? Do they deliver at this time?

It is O2's responsibility until you sign for the parcel - Keep on to them until they take ownership.
Ultimately, you could raise a complaint but typically this takes 7-10 days so it's not an instant fix for you http://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

The BBC are running a news item this morning on the topic of failed deliveries by courier companies. They stress that if it happens to you...you MUST contact the retailer. Do not be swayed by retailers who advise you to 'ring the courier company' It is the retailers job to track down your goods....
