This is a joke !

This is a complete joke !!!!!!!!!!1 Surely the size of o2 they can have two of whatever is broken !! Many of us need the telephone for our elderly parents ,me included as I am waiting for a call to pick my father up from hospital. I will be leaving o2 today if this it not sorted by 8 am as I have enough to worry about without a bloody "mobile phone network fault " Get it sorted o2 and quickly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you don't like it, then leave O2. This is the first major problem they've had in years and you can't be patient enough for them to resolve it?

Also, if you had read the latest you would realise that they are in the process of recovering it: http://status.o2.co.uk/

Also, I'm sure they keep two O2 networks handy just for this (.......)

It'll be great to see you go. Loyalty is a rare thing these days.

How have I let them walk all over me? They have one blip and you're on about walking, talk about loyalty.

Do you do that when your TV service goes down, or you can't use the internet.
