Thinking of an upgrade.

Afternoon guys,

I'm thinking of paying off my device and then speaking to retentions to see what/if they'll offer me on a new device and contract.

Any tips on the process please?

I'm obviously going to unlatch my current device before paying it off though.

Any insight or pointers would be gratefully received!

Keep trying and you will eventually get through to someone who needs to retain a customer...month end and manager appraisals. ...:smileywink:

@jonsie that's my plan, as it's a whim rather than a need that's driving this purchase I've got time to such to my guns!

I'm not looking for anything miraculous deal wise, I know that one of the folk in retentions will offer near as damn it! It's just finding that one agent lol!
