O2 are now represented on the forum by the Social Media Team and hopefully will be able to assist customers directly. Their presence is welcomed and I look forward to their active involvement. Well, we asked for a presence and now have it. So lets restart flagging the spam and abuse and help the Media Team out, certainly Zoe seems happy to receive PM's off us and is open to ideas about improvements to the forum so lets do our part to make it as easy as possible for them to stay around and enlarge their involvment. OK, I'll certainly give it a go Brendan but patience is working a little thin! I have been off work for some 14 weeks now and have been monitoring the forum at different times during the day. I have to say that it doesn't appear to be too bad during the day, it seems to be early mornings and late evenings that most spammers seem to slime from under their shells. .......so, hopefully the situation is a little improved. I have also seen a drastic reduction in the number of O2 customers actually using the forum. I logged off early this morning at 1:30am and logged on again at 11:30am (that's dedication for you!). There were just 10 new posts (not including spam). It's the same this evening, only 5 new posts between 6pm and 8pm. This has been evident for weeks and I think more people are using Twitter. Has anyone else noticed this??
