Woopee do! There's no chance of that as I rarely get a signal!

Who makes up this stuff?

You can check your service status here http://status.o2.co.uk/
If you have been upgraded to 4g just reboot your phone and enjoy slight_smile

Possibly, @Cleoriff, but the OP hasn't said how long they've had a poor signal up until now. If it's been a while, the choice is always there to switch providers.

Used to get a decent signal here and at work. But now it is no service at work and very poor signal sometimes none at home!

Nothing has changed with the phone, the house, the street, the trees etc...

I've checked service and no problems reported in either area. My phone works fine as I actually got 4G for the first time when I was in Manchester!

Just makes me laugh when O2 text saying the things they say!
