I got a text from O2 regarding winning a trip to see Wales v England this morning. As a Rugby fan I was keen to enter.

 

Clicking on the supplied link on my Lumia 1020 took me to the O2 Priority web site where there is absolutely no sign of the competition that I can see.

 

After exchanging texts I tried the app...no go...the web site on a PC..no go..different browser..no go

 

Is this a wind up or am I missing something ?

Competitions don't work in the WP app 😞

Thanks M15...nice to know that...so why offer something they should know I can't take advantage of ?

They'll happily take my money yet treat me as a second class citizen because they won't properly support the phone they supplied me with ?

It does appear sometimes that windows phones are restricted in regards to apps.

I've just checked on the Lumia 520 and indeed it's not their.

@Anonymous (Who is a Site Co-Ordinator) can you keep feeding this back up the Social Media chain please.

Sterling effort from O2...something along the lines of 'Here's what you could have won'...I'm already an unhappy customer because of the Win Phone update fiasco this has not exactly helped..

 

Are you listening O2 ?.... I suspect I already know the answer to that one...
