Why aren't PAYG users allowed access to TU Go ?

 

All other network PAYG customers can......

 

I've been with O2 now for 8 years, but this sort of thing really annoys me so O2 are about to loose a long standing customers over this.

Hi all I've got a Samsung galaxy mini and a Samsung tab on o2 I've twinned the phone and the tablet with TU GO so with the app I can send calls with the tab and vice versa using my airtime from 1 device will I be charged the same or is there extra charge as it's confusing the hell out of me.....as I get no answers from the website

You will be charged the same (and only once) whichever device you use. If you have an allowance then calls and texts will come from that allowance. To have TuGo you must have an account so it follows that you have allowances.

You will be charged if you exceed your call/text allowance though.
