Why aren't PAYG users allowed access to TU Go ?

All other network PAYG customers can......

I've been with O2 now for 8 years, but this sort of thing really annoys me so O2 are about to loose a long standing customers over this.

Maybe one day but I'm of the opinion that if you commit to a contract then you are entitled to some advantages.....

Which other payg networks allow you to access Tugo?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It does. No other network can offer access to it.

Three in Touch works for their Pay&Go customers, although TuGo is much better, less restricted and more polished solution. Basically, TuGo is really the only reason why I haven't moved my main line away from O2.

Maybe he meant Movistar Argentina, Peru, etc. Pay&Go customers? Not sure if their Pay&Go customers are allowed to use TuGo, but might well be the case.
