Suggesting a new Sony phone to be released according to the above. So yes the Z5 would be worth a look now

Hi I was looking at the xa ultra. I was keen to get the s7 but something inside me says no to Samsung and steer towards Sony. I had the Xperia arc ( the one that had hdmi port on top) and to be honest was a good phone   I then decided to get the s4 which was disappointing really. Then my Mrs got the z5 which was impressive and now M5. I I then got the LG G3 which I regret.   I want something with good camera and a reliable phone. I'm stuck between S7 and Sony equivalent  AARGHH. PLEASE HELP

Well the xa ultra is no where near the alternative to the S7... It's a budget model tbh and is no where near S7.
Only Sony alternatives to S7 at the moment...
Z5, Z5 premium, X performance, and finally the XZ (next week announce)

Hi @Anonymous. You initially asked for advice about the Sony range.....As @viridis is the expert with all their devices, I think you have been given your answer and plenty to choose from.

Now.... it's up to you if you want to go for an S7 instead...Bottom line ..its up to you in the end..
