Shouldn't need to if it's saying number is already registered.
Just get the names of the companies calling you and tell them you are going to report them to TPS wink

Just goes to show how much this effects people - OFCOM need to do something about it for everyone's benefit!

Although in theory this is a good scheme, in practice the dodgy marketing companies do not check the monthly updated database, that TPS make available to them, before making their unsolicited calls.

 

It's obvious that would take them a lot of time and people to do it.

 

So the onus falls on you to report to TPS each and every company that calls you, if you don't then these companies will continue their silly games.

The trouble is if you dont click/unclick the third party box on the t&c's you have effectively given permission for these people to annoy you anyway, as
