Done, even though I've already registered my number. Thanks to O2, I'm getting upwards of 5 calls a day at the moment!

Thanks for this. Just done it though I hope the theory works. My numbers have been registered with them for a good few years now so I have little faith in their effectiveness.

Good find @Poppysmum. A bit sad though that the article includes this comment.

"However, the scheme is not foolproof and Ofcom research suggests that as many as two in three marketing calls may still get through".

Also..whose email address do you include in the text? Your own?

I have done it sent text with my 2 email addresses in and not heard anything .
