any1 no why the Samsung phone update is takin ages. it come up other day and was on 4% for abiut a hour so I closed the update. now it back up and been on 9% for 4 hours why this take so long for

Are you talking about kit kat upgrade it shouldn't take that long is there a problem with your wifi?

hi my wifi is fine and yes usin wifi. and yes kitkat sorry. but yer just had cancel it again as 9% for over 4 hours is a joke lol

Might be worth doing a factory reset before trying again it's recommended after anyway so it won't hurt

Try connecting the phone to a pc and use Kies to update.

That does seem very slow. Is your home broadband fast? What sort of download speeds do you get?

When I downloaded kitkat on my S4 over wifi with 6.5mb download it took less than half an hour.

When did you last clear cache?

havent got a pc untill 2moz when it turns up. also if I did a factory reset now id lose all my pics ect wouldn't I
