Replacement handset

I have stupidly dropped my Sony experia S in the road and it was ran over!!  The screen is totalled!! How do I go about a replacement?

If its the screen smashed you have to pay yourself for the screen to be replaced but it may be cheaper to just get a new phone

You should of got the cars number and tried to claim on their insurance

Would that cover it? I'm sceptical if I'm honest, surely it was technically left unattended?

You could be slightly more inventive and "lose it" when it comes to speaking to the home insurance guys or girls.
