O2 customer service is very poor. After being treated rudely in o2 oxford st branch and giving my phone for repair, 2 weeks later the staff still 'hasn't got a clue' where my phone is (quote), tell me to phone in every day, but a) no one picks up the phone, you have to hang on it for min 5 mins. Just now sb picked it up and immediately hung up, I assume cos the sound of ringing phone was bothering them.
O2 if you don't wanna lose customers, improve the way you treat them!!!
There's no way I'm renewing my contract with them.

Did you get given a receipt of being taken of when it was sent for repair and how much if any costs you would be responsible for? If you have a printed document of this of this, it could be used as proof of the transaction and their negliegence.

If the store don't know where the phone is, they need to contact the repairer to see if it's there and if not, they need to replace the phone.
You should have a receipt given to you when you left the phone with them.
