I presume if I want to quote a paragraph from say Wikipedia then I need to use HTML code......or is there a "Quotes" icon hiding somewhere ?

I just use Italics or change the font colour.

Or you could you the code button under the rich text tab which is the "pre" html tag. Of course it comes out like a block of code but clearly defines the quote in a courier form which you can change the font family to something less machine-like.
quoted test
Though you should quote the original url link out of courtesy to the original text so it can be viewed in its proper context.

Hey @Beenherebefore ,
I generally just use speech marks, and make it very clear in an introductory sentence that it is a quote from another source. You should also include the source link under the info you want to share.
