I wouldnt even waste you money on paying extra for delivery as the phone still doesnt turn up!!

Not unusual.
Either O2 don't have stock and haven't dispatched it or UK Mail have lost it !!

A big company but in name only these days. A professional business run by amateurs with purses strings tied so unable to or no interest in introducing a basic live stock system.
