Not unusual.
Either O2 don't have stock and haven't dispatched it or UK Mail have lost it !!

Every time I see a post like this, and there have been many, it totally amazes me how such a big company can get it so wrong, so many times.

A big company but in name only these days. A professional business run by amateurs with purses strings tied so unable to or no interest in introducing a basic live stock system.
