Live chat can provide you with a PAC if you are on contract but not if you are PAYG.

Remember that your pac will be valid for 30 days once it's issued to you & thst O2 will generate your final bill & any fees left to pay

I've used live chat twice for PAC codes without issue - It's the only thing they've ever got right for me.

They did once refund some overseas charges for me though they are competent for straight forward requests it seems. ...
