Can someone tell me how I do this please as you can't reply to an 02 text with STOP and I can't see how to do it in "my settings" or "my details" or similar.

You need tp contact O2 to remove O2 advertisemnt and register your number with TPS for advertsiement from non O2 through this link: http://www.tpsonline.org.uk/tps/

It used to be in your My O2 but it's not there anymore.
You need to call CS now on 202 (contract) or 4445 (PAYG).
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
