I've been on hold to O2 for 50 minutes now!!!
Not the best customer service! It's to do a SIM swap, I'd have hung up 47 minutes ago but I need to get it sorted. I tried doing it by text but that didn't work 😩.
Wish I'd have swapped providers now instead of upgrading.
Sort it out O2.
