Very impressed with O2 recycle. This is the first time I've used one of these services and after horror stories from friends about other providers I was a bit wary, however, I posted my phone at 4.30pm (special delivery) and the full amount quoted was in my bank account by lunchtime the next time. Couldn't have been happier with the service. Also very easy to use website.
