I'm not sure if people are aware of this.

I've just found out myself after sending an email to O2 and an advisory post from adamtemp64 (thank you)

The reply I received was ;

Hello,

Thanks for your email, but we have now shut down our email support
service.

Guess I can remove the link in my signature now. Personally I find it disgraceful that such a large company cannot now be contacted via email. I didn't use it much but it was a big help when overseas with a seven hour time difference making a call incovenient/difficult.
