O2 announces compensation!

[ Edited ]

£3 off your September bill, or 10% extra top up, and a £10 voucher to spend in store more here:

Seems fair enough.

Re: O2 announces compensation!

is that it??? At 1pm on the day it all crashed i under went a serious operation on my tummy while pregnant once i had come round i could not contact my parents or boy friend to say i was okay, the ward staff had to leave their phone off the hook as so many worried families were calling up. for 2 days my boyfriend did know if i was okay. he even tried to come back from tour as he was so worried about me. luckily my parents after a few hours came to the hospital and demanded to see what was happening and then we realised about the phones not working. Now what i want is to end my contract early without any fees so i can go onto another mobile phone network that wont crash like this. I think this is fair. I'm sorry but a proxy £3 off my next bill and £10 voucher i can only use in o2 is rubbish.

Hi issy707,

Congratulations! Was it a boy or a girl? And did everything workout okay in the end?

If you'd like to discuss it, please do so in the thread linked above.

Cheers,
Leonard

Re: O2 announces compensation!

Most hospitals I've ever been to don't allow mobile phones to be switched on anyway. Good luck with your move to another network and doo come back and let us know when that one crashes also :smileyhappy:
ps Leonard, just delete as appropriate (I'm getting too old and too grumpy for these forums....)

Re: O2 announces compensation!

Re: O2 announces compensation!

OK, sorry I misunderstood you and I can imagine it's a worrying time. Good to hear things did turn out well though.
