O2 and Hutchinson

So... Hutchinson want to bid for O2. what with them and BT wanting the O2 network it is clearly up for sale. Is there something Telefonica arent saying as they clearly want shut. mind you with the impending roll out of LTE to replace Airwave clearly BT and Hutchinson want a slice of the emergency services network cake!!!!
