Can't believe that O2 have turned off the webmail service! Customer services have just told me this relates to a communication back in 2013 but can't show it to me. Yes I was one of those customers who moved over to Sky so told webmail would continue. Customer Services simply reading a set script but no help. How can I get a divert onto my account to a new email address. PLEASE HELP !!

It's 10.30pm 26/11/15 and have just managed to access my emails, after spending most of the night getting a new email address and letting everyone know it!

Good call getting a new email address. I can understand only too well the frustration of being unable to get emails. (Mine was nothing to do with O2 webmail either!). Changed to Gmail and no real problems since.

I had the same thing happen and the online chat were a waste of time as didn't know anything about people who still had webmail and gave totally inaccurate advice. Anyway, we're now back online.mtrust you are too. To be safe I added my o2 emails to my iPad and at least I got emails coming through til this was sorted. However, my o2inbox was nearly full when I finally got to it! Think o2 need to update their online chat staff. It was the o2 guru at my local o2 shop who got me sorted!
