Hi how do people find It, for me it was not good at all, almost 2 hours and passed all over the place with the end result being nothing, all I'm trying to do is buy a new p&g phone but O2 have the wrong address details for my credit card and seem unable to remove them.

Hi

Some find them not too useful.

Maybe ring O2 on 4445 for PAYG for assistance on your account.

I think if you read other threads on here you will see Live Chat isn't up to the job at the moment. Either call 4445 or personally I would go instore this near to Christmas...

I'm still not sure what feeding this back to that thread will do. Live Chat have supposedly been in 'retraining' mode for over a year, yet the complaints are as numerous here as they ever were. Going by what the OP has said, nothing has changed, nor is it likely to.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
