Solved: O2 30% Open Discount

I have this bolt on on my account but cant see where the full 30% is taken.

My latest airtime bill was £73 before tax yet only £5.81 was deducted.

Is the discount only applicable to the basic tarrif?

The 30% is only off the airtime not the whole plan. So your tariff only is reduced by the 30%.

The discount is off the basic airtime part of the payment.

Are you on a Refresh plan? The 30% discount is only available on the airtime part of a Refresh plan.

In fairness to O2, they do make it quite clear when they apply the discount that it's only applied to the tariff part of the contract and not the handset cost.

I don't care what rank I am and neither should anyone else.
