We all (family) have no signal since yesterday afternoon in Wrexham LL13. Has anyone else had problems and any news on what is happening?

Due to power disruption caused by adverse weather conditions, we’re still experiencing an issue with parts of our service in the North West of the UK. This means some of our customers may have difficulty in making and receiving calls and texts or using data on their devices. We’re working with our suppliers to restore full service as quickly as we can.

They will be trying to bring back service as fast as possible.
Keep checking that link and when it says all is ok then reboot your phone.
Weathers causing major issues I'm afraid.

They dont give eta's.
You could use Tugo if your pay monthly or use viber or whatsapp if on payg although the other person will need those downloaded too, that can use your home broadband wifi if you have it.

It all depends on the nature of the fault. If the mast has been blown down in the winds it could be a while.... If it's due to a component failure it could be hours.
Do you know the location of your nearest mast and what the ground/weather conditions are like there?
