i still believe o2 should re-word ther advertising, update their online shop page regular with regards to items in stock or not. When they sent an email to say your order has been processed and later realise there is no stock, they should send an email to say sorry your item is not available and give us the customer to wait or cancel the order.

I've been an o2 customer for 14 yrs.

I totally agree with you. We have far too many unhappy customers here saying the same. Its as if O2 just want your money but aren't prepared to be honest about stock....:smileysad:
