Hi I have just applied for a mobile monthly phone with 02... They said they will send me a confirmation email ... It just states about my order number and 02 saying thank you is that the confirmation ? Also roughly how long does it take for a mobile to arrive ?

Hi Chattybox and welcome to the Community.

Once your order has been accepted you will get a further email advising delivery date. Assuming the handset is in Stock and you pass the credit checks etc then should only be a day or three so to speak.

If the phone is in stock it's only a matter of a few days. You should get an email with a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.

Hi Chatty was this order done Via o2 direct or Carphone? as all of the above have stated should be a day or 2 BUT what shiney baby have you gone for Bouncy
