This has caused serious financial and personal damage today, apology is not enough ..O2 will have to cover all losses incurred during the outage

It's already been on sky and bbc news.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

People scare me when they can't make contingency plans for emergencies. Mind you everything seems to be a major crisis these days!

Whilst I appreciate that some people may have needed to make a call in a genuine emergency, how many of us can truly say that we suffered any real loss or inconvenience as a result of yesterday's outage?

How did we used to cope, before mobile phones became such an essential part of our lives?

Hi @Anonymous How on earth do you expect O2 to send a text to customers? This wasn't planned maintenance

It was totally unexpected and needed a great deal of work to correct. All networks suffer this sort of problem sadly
