Network outage to be compensated

This has caused serious financial and personal damage today, apology is not enough ..O2 will have to cover all losses incurred during the outage

I'm not sure what else they could have done? It was on the website,  on the national news, all over this forum. ...unplanned is the key word!

My old BT phone was sitting here quietly if I needed to call anyone, heck I can even send text messages with it.
